Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only. We do not currently ship to Turkey or other international destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99 USD on orders below $50. Orders of $50 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold is based on the subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping. Final charges appear at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Processing and delivery estimates depend on the product and fulfillment partner. Review the product page and checkout information before ordering. For help with an existing order, contact us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
Can I return an item?
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligibility, shipping costs, and refund details are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending an item back; our company correspondence address is not a confirmed returns warehouse.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
