Shipping destinations

Tuzoa ships to the United States only. We do not ship to Turkey or other international destinations.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $4.99 USD for orders below $50 USD. Orders of $50 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Processing and estimated delivery times depend on the product and fulfillment partner and will be stated on the product page or at checkout before purchase. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated before purchase, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping estimate, and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. If no shipping timeframe was stated, we will ship within 30 days or follow this same delay-and-refund process.

Order assistance

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. For address changes, missing parcels, or items that arrive damaged, contact fatihyosma83@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment has started.
